Hugo talks about growing up Oxfordshire, being mischievous during his childhood and the struggles of schooling while being dyslexic. With over 25 years experience in real estate, Hugo started his employment career in advertising, later gaining an MBA which propelled his career in real estate. He delves into the formation of Occam and some of the challenges/triumphs he's experienced venturing into entrepreneurship.
