Charu Gandhi: Founder of Elicyon

On this episode Caroline and Priya are joined by Charu Gandhi the founder of Elicyon. Charu who is originally from India (Delhi) is a qualified archictect and founded Elicyon: a luxury interior design and architecture design studio in 2014.

She talks about her upbringing in India, meeting Steve Jobs through her fathers' work, being inspired to become an architect from age 10 and discovering her love for architecture at university. Charu also talks about what she has learnt through owning her business Elicyon, the importance of having a work life balance, founders fatigue and other challenges of owning a business.
